How to Impress Your Boss:- In the world of work where there are so many employees, it is not enough that we carry out our work to the letter, but it is necessary to try to stand out among others, noting those qualities that make us unique and special to our organizations. We would have to understand the importance of the way in which our superiors perceive us, the managers of a company are always attentive to these employees who stand out as the best and who, in addition to fulfilling their responsibilities, are proactive and willing to offer anything else.

  1. Use regular channels

For any suggestions or complaints you have regarding the operation of your company, go to your immediate superior, through the procedures stipulated for it.

  1. Resolve

Remember that you are in your position to resolve conflicts not to create them. No one likes a problem employee who has fights with other employees, bosses or customers.

  1. Comply

Do the work for which you have been hired and are aware of your responsibilities. A responsible worker is always well regarded by the managers of any company or organization.

  1. Punctuality is essential

If you are punctual not only in the work schedule, but in the fulfillment of the deadlines that you set for the delivery of a work or projects, this will also show great results for you

  1. Proactivity and Creativity

Always remember that the indispensable employee is one who is not limited to his responsibilities but gives a little more, always looking for new and better ways to do things, to solve problems.

Always honor values such as respect and honesty. We must always treat with respect and be honest with all the people that surround us, within an organization these are very precious values.

The smile can also be used as a social tool, studies conducted by the Penn State University of the United States of America, have shown that smiling is well seen by others, when we smile not only appear more polite and peaceful to others but We seem more competent.
