- You are Organized
Planning, budgeting, teams, deadlines, to be a good project manager you must be able to manage the constraints and objectives, set the different phases, delegate to the right people, in the long term as well as on a daily basis. A project management tool is essential to accompany this organization!
- You are Engaged
You are the brain but also the heart and the engine of the project. Without involvement, motivation and enthusiasm, you have no chance to create and develop an idea. Your own commitment is also the best argument to convince your superiors and to federate your collaborators!
- You are Lucid
To become a good project manager, you must forget your dreams and hesitations. It is essential to know how to evaluate the situation pragmatically: not to persist in an idea that does not work, to objectively estimate the needs and costs, to know the potential of each of the collaborators, and so on.
- You are Confident
If doubt is part of a project manager’s journey, you must be sufficiently confident in yourself and in your teams to make the right decisions despite the pressure and contrary opinions. Do not be arrogant. You must evaluate your potential, your team and your project correctly!

Even if you lead, you are nothing without your teams. Their well-being and productivity depend on you, your successes are also theirs, their mistakes and difficulties must also become yours.
