Things you should Never tell your Employees:- Having a head of office within a company is a very big responsibility, which depends not only on the proper functioning of the company, but also on all its productivity. The relationship of employees with managers, if positive, can yield significant results and directly affect the motivation of staff. If you are in the position of head of an organization for the first time, you must value the importance of that relationship and human capital as a productivity tool, so knowing how to lead our team can be the key to business success.

Things you Should Never Tell Your Employees

So here we offer you a series of tips, about those things that you should never tell your employees, if you want to generate a positive environment, aimed at the motivation of employees towards work, according to the objectives of the business. Paying special attention to the power of the word about people’s actions and the fact that, great leader uses the power of speech to move, influence and inspire the people who work for them.

  1. I am the boss

To announce to others that you are the boss, is a way of saying that things will be done in your own way, so within that company there is no room for teamwork, cooperation, or ideas.

  1. Thank you for this work

It is a destructive phrase, you have to be able to create an entrepreneurial culture that establishes a pleasant atmosphere for all employees and that makes them want to be there and truly feel proud to belong to that company.

  1. It’s not my fault

When mistakes are made within the team, they must always be assumed by the leaders of the company, that ability to take the blame and understand that the faults must be corrected by the team leaders, will focus on the solutions, not on the faults

  1. Things are done as they have always been done

It is one of the worst phrases a leader can utter, for it kills the possibility of innovation and creative ideas from which new ways of doing things can result.

  1. Do not bring the problems of your house to the office

This phrase breaks with modern theories of entrepreneurial motivation, which point out that a balance must be created between work and family, so that employees feel heard, protected and more motivated to work.

We must always take care of the discourse with which we communicate the objectives of our company to our employees, always extolling the values of our organization and the idea that it is our company and its productivity will positively affect all its members.

Make your Office a Friendlier Place

One of the secrets of contemporary business productivity created by pioneering companies such as Google is to create a business culture shared by all members of the company and to achieve this we gain a lot by creating a work space that is pleasant, where there is room for Creativity and rest.

  1. Productivity vs. Fun

It may seem that creating a creative work environment will go against our productivity goal, on the contrary, it has been proven that the mind is much more creative in times of rest and distraction, it is there when creative and innovative ideas occur that will help that our company grows.

What companies do when apply new business paradigms? Well in them the worker is not exploited by forcing him to work 12 hours a day, but it is about stimulating the worker, giving him all the tools to boost the efficiency of his brain.

  1. More free time better performance

The new rules of business productivity consider that often the useless hours in which an employee of our team is “wasting time,” are the most fruitful and where ideas can arise that save us many hours of work.

  1. When fun generates dividends

Many companies are now applying the 20 percent rule that a worker can take 20 percent of their work hours for personal projects, this practice has proven to be one of the most profitable strategies in the business world, making the Free time an efficiency tool.

It has also been shown that a resting mind is much more creative than when it is concentrated trying to solve a problem. Many of our best ideas occur when we become distracted and do some recreational activity. A rested mind is more likely to focus on the task.

  1. How to implement the policy of free time?

Create an environment that encourages creativity and relaxation. Rooms with video games, spaces for rest and fun, can be some of the actions aimed at stimulating employees.

  1. Apply the “20 percent” doctrine

The physical environment of the office should be cheerful, relaxed, and open, with bright and bright colors. Instead of an open-door policy that proved to be very productive, the “no-doors” policy is now the preferred choice of companies seeking to promote creativity in the office.

A fun office does not have to mean making a big investment, for now you can start promoting certain activities within the working hours that are fun and break with the routine, what is important is to implement a business culture focused on creativity and work flexibility.
