Principles of Dynamic Leadership:- A leader must possess a solid determination; have a very safe and reliable personality to be able to influence other people, motivating them to do their tasks efficiently to achieve the goals set goals in the organization. Having this ability distinguishes him from the rest and for this reason to recognize his work some principles have been established that a dynamic leader must master.

Leadership involves more than one person, who leads is the leader and those who support him are the subordinates, in the work environment is very important the presence of the leader to guide a team to the achievement of goals in a way fast and effective.

The qualities of the leader are often innate in people, that is, they are characteristics of the personality, some develop them more than others and exercise them in different ways, that is why different types of leadership have been conceptualized, although the characteristics And principles are very similar since they have the same purpose that is to direct a group of people to success.

Dynamic Leadership

It is one that defines the person who exercises it as someone safe and respectful of their qualities and also respects others alike. A dynamic leader must have the following characteristics:

  • He is proactive, analytical and creative.
  • It influences people without having to rely on their leadership position.
  • It is fair and adapts to the conditions of the game.
  • Build a better working environment.
  • Think and think very well before speaking.
  • It bases its relationship with subordinates, on commitment and communication.
  • It distinguishes well when to lead, give orders and when to withdraw.
  • Look for new perspectives.

Principles that a Dynamic Leadership must have

  1. Search for Continuous Improvement

For this the leader should not mind implementing changes, simply focus on the change is positive and bring greater efficiency.

  1. Questioning and giving Workers the chance to Question the way the Objectives are carried out

This is a way to produce positive change, by questioning a new alternative can arise that could result in interesting ideas, a dynamic leader pursues and Supports new ideas, new methods and above all questions the assumptions that define a unique way to fulfill the ideals.

  1. Think as a team

This leader must be clear that he is part of a group of workers so they should maximize the “we” to allow the development of joint solutions and create a shared success.

This simple vision exerts a great influence on the team and will help build a win-win to the parties involved.

A good leader in addition to knowing the staff, ensuring their well-being, understanding what motivates them and being committed to the pursuit of achievements together will set examples and parameters of behavior to follow.

  1. Measuring team Performance more than Leadership

A leader must know him, never be conformist and pursue growth and improvement of each of his capabilities and strengths, also set priorities and identify weaknesses, always supported by policies of the company.

The main job as a leader is the development of each of the people subordinate to it, that is, to train staff as a team and individuals. On the other hand the works in teams give better results when each member of the same manages to see the importance of their contribution in the achieved achievements, reason why they develop a sense of pride, responsibility and commitment with the company.

  1. Be effective and Efficient

The priority of the leadership and goal of any organization is to be effective; the efforts must be directed first in the fulfillment of the defined objective, once this is accomplished, focus on doing it efficiently.

Before leading effectively, a leader must master the tasks required of the people he leads. Organizational effectiveness and efficiency depends on having good leaders at all levels. Also he should be capable to exercise with initiative, creativity and energetically accept the new opportunities that will lead to the achievement of goals and commercial success.

  1. Ensure that tasks are Understood, Monitored and Achieved

Staff must understand what is required to do, when and how much flexibility is allowed. On the other hand, when supervising, it is possible to know if the instructions are understood, demonstrates the interest in their work and in the scope of the goal. Each person is responsible for their performance, in this way will understand the importance of achieving goals as individuals and teams.

Time is a valuable resource for the organization, the leader or the individual. Any delay represents a cost to the company. A dynamic leader weighs risk / achievement or cost / benefits, in addition values the time of each individual as it deserves.

  1. Decision-making

A leader must continually make decisions and in various circumstances, sometimes a decision is delayed due to the continuous search for the perfect decision.

In that sense it is thought that a good decision taken at the right time is better, than the best decisions taken too late. The indecision in the leaders generates insecurity, loss of confidence and confusion. Keeping people informed helps them make decisions, encourages them to take initiative and improves teamwork.

The ability to anticipate, reason under stressful conditions and quickly decide which actions to take is one of the most sought after characteristics of a good leader.

  1. Leadership as a Process

Based on knowledge and experience, leadership skills are improved. It is grown day by day, you learn from all the interactions, meetings and achievements.

A good leader tries to stay informed of the latest in the field in which his work is carried out, to observe the performance of other leaders and to modify the way of accomplishing the objectives, whenever necessary.
