How to Develop Constructive thinking? | New Working Models

How to Develop Constructive thinking? In the world of work you need a character to test everything and have the ability to renew yourself over and over again. A constructive thought will allow you to open your way, because it will help you perceive obstacles as challenges and overcome them with a broad perspective.

But having a thought you build is a task that requires visualization and is achieved with constancy, preventing difficulties from overwhelming you. Below are few advises on how to develop constructive thinking or think constructively:

How to Develop Constructive thinking?

Below are three authentic ways of developing constructive thinking. You must remember them all as an Entrepreneur.

  1. Feed your thinking

The way you feed your mind (the mental diet) determines your character, personality and almost everything that happens in your life.

When you feed your mind with affirmations and information, books, conversations, audios and positive thoughts, you are developing a personality and an optimistic attitude that will make your confidence and self-esteem grow.

  1. Control Negative Emotions

When you make a commitment you make the decision to control your mind. By eliminating the negative emotions and thoughts that keep you behind, you become a positive person and there you will begin to experience a transformation in your life and in your personality.

  1. Mental Exercise

Mental fitness is very similar to physical fitness. You develop high levels of self-esteem and positive attitude through training and practice.

If your mind stays in balance you will be able to face all the instabilities and changes that come when you embark on your journey in the working world. Be successful no matter what the circumstance! Remember, your greatest strength begins in your head.

New Working Models

The organizations broke their line / vertical scheme of work that traditionally governed the way to develop action plans and organization of time in a company. It is no longer a head that directs everything to a company, according to different experts, there are four new ways to work in any entity and are not at all conventional.

  1. Holocracy

In Holocracy employees are divided into self-sufficient and autonomous ‘circles’, which are part of a larger unit. Each circle or level works in a democratic and open way, providing the opportunity for each member to have a specific role and voice and vote within the decisions that are made according to established goals. In Holocracy, when an employee has a specific task and fails to carry it out, it is when the tension is felt, a new job is reassigned that it can fulfill, reducing frustration and discontent.

  1. Bring your own device or bring your own device

BYOD is an emerging methodology of work that consists of each employee can take to the office his own electronic device, be it laptop, Smartphone or tablet, so that he can perform his daily tasks using the technology with which it is already familiar. This method was born as a result of the employees’ need to be able to access corporate information from their own electronic devices.

  1. Telework

This type of work, also known as remote, virtual, mobile or electronic work, consists of the employee doing much of his work outside the office. Usually several hours a week, a person works from home, communicating with their peers and superiors through the telephone or the Internet. One of the main characteristics of Telework is the flexibility it offers to employees, as it gives them more freedom to carry out a personal activity calendar, which mixes personal life with work, without worrying about meeting a rigid schedule.

  1. Results Only Work Environment

The ROWE methodology is based primarily on measuring the performance of each employee based on the results that he or she does not in the time that is occupied in the office. In this model it is not a requirement to work a certain number of hours, as long as the assigned duties and goals are fulfilled. It is important to establish that in an ROWE work methodology an employee is not allowed to work much of the week from home. However, there is more flexibility in schedules and permits, as employees can have more free time, once they complete their tasks.

To encourage your staff and make them more committed to the company and avoid rigid structures, put into practice any of the models mentioned above and you will see how the work flows in a better way.
