Email Marketing as Business tool to make your Customers Loyal

Email Marketing as Business tool

Getting new clients is a goal that brings many companies to the forefront. It is important, but we must not forget existing customers. Statistics show that it is between 5 and 7 times more difficult to get a sale with a new customer than with an old one. We cannot neglect our customers; they are an essential element for our brand, so we must develop loyalty campaigns to strengthen their link with us. The best way to do these campaigns is by using email marketing tools. It will hardly take time and we will get great results!

Can you build loyalty using Email Marketing as your Business tool?

The email marketing is a very effective technique that can generate authentic brand lovers. This is achieved through loyalty campaigns, campaigns that will not get an immediate sale but consolidate our relationship with users.

  1. Choose a Professional Mailing Application

Before starting to build the campaigns, we first need to have one of the best email marketing tools on the market. There are a variety of applications and we must choose the one that best suits our business. It has to be a simple tool, in Spanish and have a good graphic editor. It is important that you have a wide variety of templates divided into sections and categories.

Having an email marketing platform is essential for your loyalty campaigns to reach your inbox. The deliver-ability of these is very high. It would be a shame that after all the effort made our campaign go to the spam folder for not using a professional application.

  1. Content of Loyalty Campaigns

These types of campaigns are not focused on direct sales, they are not campaigns in which only one offer or promotion appears. They contain commercial information but also publications of interest to the user. They are campaigns that we must work in depth, put ourselves in the mind of our recipient and decide that it could interest you. That is why in the loyalty campaigns we find:

News: knowing what happens in our immediate environment is important. If we have a technology eCommerce and develop a new material we can talk about this finding in the newsletter. Giving relevant information to the user indicates that we are interested in what happens in our sector and we disclose it to those who might be relevant: our subscribers.

Company information: These campaigns can be used to invite our subscribers to an event or activity that is organized in the company or if it has received some recognition or award, to communicate it. Talking about us and making ourselves known is not bad, it awakens our human side and strengthens the company-user relationship.

Own content: it is important to show that apart from selling our service or product we also carry out other actions. These newsletters may contain publications from our blog or if we have made some audiovisual content such as a Webinar we can share it in them. Also they serve to send tutorials or guides of some of our functionalities, to facilitate the work of our clients and to demonstrate that we care for them.

Get them involved: these are the ideal campaigns to ask our subscribers for their opinion about us. That they tell us that they would improve and how satisfied they are.

  1. Prepare a Shipping Schedule

With loyalty campaigns it is advisable design a calendar with the shipments. Set the date in time so that you can work the campaign thoroughly. It is a very simple but essential step.

We should not overwhelm our subscribers with this type of campaigns, one a month is enough. In them we highlight the most significant, it is not necessary to overwhelm the user with over-information. There are months in which there are special events like Christmas in December or Halloween in October in which we can make more than one monthly campaign. As you have read, making a loyalty campaign is simple, fast, economical and effective; you only need one of the best email marketing tools in the market, organization and desire to do mailing.
