Teamwork Expectation | What do you really Expect from teamwork

Teamwork Expectation: – We recently discovered a report by Cornerstone on Demand on the state of productivity at work. A dozen questions were asked to 1029 US employees over the age of 18, including “What arguments would motivate you to work more as a team”? This is what they replied.

Teamwork Expectation we should have

  1. Recognition of my work and Efforts made

Working in a team means sharing and supporting each other to achieve a common goal: to ensure the success and sustainability of your business. Teamwork implies a notion of recognition of the work of others, a valuation of it to stimulate the various employees. This includes communication, knowledge of employees and trust. Motivating one another naturally leads to better results and stimulates the various actors in the life of the company.

  1. Encouragement of my Leaders

It seems obvious and yet … How many of you are fortunate enough to have a stimulating direction, able to encourage you and thank you for the efforts? While you work for yourself, to keep your job and possibly evolve, but you work mostly for your manager. And to want to go in his direction, to help him achieve his goals, he must encourage you, congratulate you, and value you. This can be translated in various ways: verbal congratulations, increase, promotion, etc. The success of a team work requires the involvement of management and the interest it brings to your work.

  1. Receive Relevant Queries that Really Concern me

Working as a team does not mean that everyone’s job needs to be done. Effective and relevant team work is about taking on a role that, combined with others, delivers tangible results. However, it is necessary that the tasks assigned really correspond to the skills of each one in order to save precious time and to set up a rigorous organization.

  1. The ease of Sharing Information

Working in a team is good, doing it efficiently is better! With software like Planzone, you will be able to share your information quickly and easily and inform your colleagues in real time of the progress of your work. Perhaps their mission depends on yours, so it is necessary to be coordinated.

  1. Share Data whenever I want, from Anywhere and from any Device

Teamwork does not necessarily mean being in the same office but participating together in a project. Sharing data must be easy wherever you are. Whether you work in the same structure, whether you work at home or on the other side of the world, use an online collaborative tool accessible from a computer, you can exchange and work with your employees without geographical constraints.
