Steps to get Innovative Ideas | How to Promote Creativity: As human beings we are conditioned to imagine, daily thousands of thoughts pass through our mind, some of them imaginative, but it is one thing to imagine and another is to use that imagination and to obtain from it an idea that solves a specific situation.

Imagination and Innovative Ideas

We all have imagination, but only those people who, in addition to being aware of their imagination, are able to use that imagination with the intention of obtaining an idea to solve a specific problem and also act to carry them out, who become true leaders.

In this area of our reality that is the imagination, many things happen, it is a fertile territory in which we must know how to transit to be able to take advantage of it as a tool that leads us to ideas, that associated with each other can guide us to true innovations.

Moving from the routine world in which we perform repetitive tasks to which we are accustomed, towards that other world of imagination and ideas, is necessary if we want to be creative, both worlds must be intertwined, for which we must stop pressing and keep our relaxed mind.

Steps to Innovative Ideas for Business

To imagine, to create and to innovate is something natural to the human beings, is necessary for our species and many times we are ourselves that we put like obstacle to that wonderful process that happens in our mind. However, there are very simple ways to access our imagination and extract a creative idea.

We must ask the question, about an idea that is needed, a problem that we have to solve, a challenge that we must overcome. Around this need we must ask a question to which we must find an answer.

We must engage in the process of researching everything we can, we go out into the real world and gather information in relation to the question we have asked ourselves.

It’s time to stop. After much research and gathering information we should know when it is enough.

In this step called the gestation state of the question, what we do is let the idea rest a little and relax, have what is called a divergent behavior, see the question from another point of view, through metaphors, visualize the Problem, but always from the imagination.

The Eureka Moment: this is when the idea appears in our mind, sometimes unexpectedly and very fast. These ideas should be valued and taken care of them not to forget them, write them quickly on paper, the phone or wherever, what is important is to capture it.

Apply the idea to the problem. Once we have the idea we must apply it to the problem from which the question arose initially. Having confidence in our ideas can be very difficult because it implies a risk, but it is our responsibility to make use of them, to bring them to the world.

Try the idea and let it be criticized. To innovate, it is necessary that these ideas go out into the world, share your ideas with others, let them criticize and improve them, if you do not know how to carry it out, look for someone who knows how.

How to Promote Creativity in the Workplace

The business world is changing rapidly from a few years to now, today the transmission of information, as well as the demand for products and services is much faster, so are all processes that involve the growth and development of a Company .

That is why new paradigms of business productivity have been established that change the way in which companies pose the leadership of their workers and that seeks to create an environment of cooperation, in which all members of the company work in function of a common goal.

Technology and Productivity

The excessive development of technologies and especially the internet, paying particular attention to the proliferation of social networks, establish a new competitive environment and business development, ever – changing and evolving, so the companies should stop being static and to fixed parameters.

New times require the companies and organizations to be more flexible and adaptable and it is so important that investment is directed towards the development of human capital, their creativity and their ability to respond to a changing environment rules constantly , Remaining competitive and in force.

Follow the example of the giants

No matter what productive sector your company belongs to, it may be a small food company; a company that provides services to medium scale or a large transnational, the new productive paradigm that aims at the development of human capital creativity is applicable to all.

Each within its competitive environment benefit of investing in creativity and happiness of our team will be following the example of large and important companies that consider their human capital as the great tool, the most important of all.

The companies depend for their effective functioning, many factors and one of the most important is the ability, attitude and ability of its employees toward the goal of growth, productivity and competitiveness. If your company depends on the quality, the training and productivity of its employees, then it is productive.

The creativity applied to the human capital of a company has certain characteristics such as:

The development of our employees’ ability to learn new things, change their ways of doing things and adapt to external changes. They started thinking differently, and ultimately, the ability to flow the things by developing the ability to think about new ideas with certain frequency. It is important to create cooperative environments, discussion tables of ideas, etc.

These processes are changing, as well as the way to carry them out, we must have employees able to adapt.  Promoting the ability of our employees to learn, adapt and offer innovative solutions to the changing market is the way we must aim, to consider ourselves productive and competitive.
