1 – Rest and adequate food: It is important to educate the metabolism to eat at least three meals a day to get a good diet and at the same time you should rest 8 hours at night to have more energy and perform better work.
2 – Personal hygiene: You must take care of your personal image, remember that it is you who gives the face to the company, so you always have to show the work in the proper way, with the appropriate clothing, makeup, hairstyle among others.
3 – Arrive early at your desk: With a few minutes, you can accommodate yourself in the best way, organize and start the workday avoiding discomfort and stress.
4 – Try to work in a clean space: Your desk should be neat and tidy, because it speaks a lot about the order you have as a person. Similarly, if you keep everything in place, it helps you not to lose documents, as opposed to keeping them organized at all times and having them handy.
5 – Maintain an agenda with your established priorities: During the morning the human being is usually more productive, this is where you have to perform your most urgent and important tasks. Maintain a daily goal list so you do not have work overload during the last days of the week.
6 – Do not take more work than you can carry: It is not a matter of showing your skills, it is a matter of doing your job in the best way possible and that you cannot achieve if you find yourself constantly filling up with work. It’s never bad to ask for help, that does not make you a bad employee.
7 – Be friendly with your co-workers: Ideally, you should have good relationships with people you see eight hours a day, but not all cases work this way. The important thing is to show fellowship, to avoid problems and to work in an educated way within the group so that everyone feels comfortable within the work. I always used to send my colleagues good morning messages once or a couple of times a week. This actually allows you build a great professional relationships with them.
