Outsourcing HR Management

There are a number of reasons why organizations outsource some of the activities related to staff management. The business experts indicates that in some developed countries like Australia, USA, UK, Canada outsourcing a HR management has become a trend in the way that the companies manage their personnel matters within the country, because to outsource one or several tasks of the management of Human resources reduces up to three times the cost of operation.

Francisco Cerda, founder of Gud Company, explains that there are organizations that, by history, culture or size does not manage their most important asset: human capital. Faced with this, outsourcing allows organizations to meet their purpose and strategic challenges.

Cerda points out that the services that a company can outsource range from consulting, people management and talent selection to elements such as the implementation and development of corporate governance, organizational structure, culture, climate, and planning, strategic management and of the company’s internal communications.

“These are elements that, in general, are not addressed comprehensively and, therefore, are developed with lower levels of coherence and effectiveness within a company,” says Cerda.

The expert points out that among the positive aspects of opting for outsourcing is the possibility of transforming what would be a fixed expense (when hiring people) into a variable expense.

Cerda adds that, for a lower price, companies can count on a supplier that adapts to the organizational maturity and that, in addition, has learned through its experience working with other clients.

If you consider that the above explained is in accordance with your results, hire an external company that can have a better performance in terms of HR.
